What you'll do

• Check in patients and obtain vitals, medical histories, and medication information
• document visits and patient communications in the EMR
• e-prescribe as directed under physician supervision. Communicate with patients and the physician, maintain exam rooms and supplies, answer calls per protocol, assist with referrals, tests, surgeries, authorizations, and follow-up, and support in-office procedures. Maintain a clean and safe clinic environment and sterilize equipment according to OSHA protocols.
