What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to Planned Giving Directors and the Director of Marketing and Communications
• create print and digital marketing materials using platforms such as Canva and appropriate AI tools
• support seasonal fundraising campaigns through data entry, reporting, communications, and compliance assistance
• conduct approved donor research
• manage the Gift Planning marketing calendar and coordinate projects
• make donor follow-up calls and appointments
• respond to general correspondence
• maintain donor files and databases
• record donations
• assist with events and other development projects.

Why this role
