Group Fitness Instructor

What you'll do

• Create, maintain, and lead exercise routines
• demonstrate proper posture, alignment, and exercise form
• follow safety standards
• calculate age-adjusted target heart rates and monitor exertion
• provide feedback on exercise adherence
• develop fitness regimens for member needs
• support members
• maintain clean program areas
• handle member complaints
• and stay current with health and wellness advances.
