What you'll do

• Manage program space in compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company standards
• welcome children, parents, and visitors
• implement age-appropriate activities using the Caliday curriculum
• supervise children and use appropriate behavior-management techniques
• communicate with parents and the school community
• maintain classroom cleanliness and safety
• identify program issues and work with the team to resolve them
• maintain yearly certification requirements and continuing education credits.
