The position exists to develop and facilitate meaningful, cognitively supportive activities for residents living with dementia. It contributes to resident engagement and quality of life by coordinating programming, adapting activities to residents’ abilities, and partnering with the Program & Outreach Director and families.

What you'll do

• Develop and facilitate a Memory Care activity calendar aligned with RISE standards
• coordinate daily engagement and activities
• design programs for cognitive support, emotional connection, sensory engagement, and purposeful involvement
• adapt activities to residents’ abilities and life stories
• monitor participation and engagement
• coordinate programming across neighborhoods
• assist with supplies, inventory, and budget awareness
• maintain calendars and program records
• support family communication and participate in family events or meetings as needed.
