What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
• prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• oversee general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and consolidation
• maintain accounting policies and internal controls
• improve accounting processes and automation
• oversee accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
• coordinate audits and support tax compliance
• support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• partner with executives and functional leaders
• lead and develop accounting team members.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant controller or similar leadership experience. CPA preferred. Travel of 5%–10% to visit the Canada team.
