What you'll do

• Organize safety documents and records
• assist with regulatory forms and permits
• maintain the site Safety Data Sheet library
• track safety equipment inspections and maintenance
• enter and analyze safety data
• schedule and document safety meetings and orientations
• assist with onboarding
• draft safety communications
• manage PPE and training-material inventory
• accompany the Safety Manager on inspections
• document hazards and corrective actions
• review checklists and verify worker certifications.
