Are you a high-performing Lube Technician or GSA ready to take the next step in your career? Lube X-Press is looking for a Team Lead (3rd Key) to drive operational excellence and lead our shop floor. In this role, you aren’t just a technician; you are a "player-coach." You will lead our signature 2/3-Man Process , mentor Lube Techs, and act as the Manager on Duty when leadership is off-site.
