What you'll do

• Assist guests through phone, email, SMS, and chat
• answer reservation, property, amenity, check-in, check-out, payment, and policy questions
• resolve concerns
• coordinate with local Field Operations
• assist with reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, and relocations
• document interactions
• escalate issues when needed.
