What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• conduct stakeholder workshops
• translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• support Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules
• create process flows, use cases, business rules, and documentation
• collaborate with product owners and development teams during Agile delivery
• support SIT, UAT, and defect management
• analyze system impacts and process improvements
• provide production support and post-implementation enhancements.
