One-to-One Paraprofessional – Special Services

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support aligned with student IEP goals
• assist with teacher-designed lessons and interventions
• track and document student progress, behavior, and performance data
• support classroom routines, transitions, and engagement
• reinforce positive behaviors
• assist with instructional tasks, materials, and classroom organization
• supervise students throughout the day, including transitions and recess
• communicate with teachers, specialists, and staff
• support a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment
• attend meetings and professional development.
