Field Service Technician — ATM Service

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Auburn, WA, with pay of $19.73–$21.77 per hour. The position provides training to troubleshoot, service, and maintain ATMs for a field service company that manufactures, services, and maintains them.

What you'll do

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and module-level component replacement
• maintain parts inventory and records
• provide repair status reports
• diagnose issues using call information and ATM error logs
• own customer issues through resolution under service-level agreements
• follow security and safety procedures
• complete company-specific training and certifications
• and report calls and activity accurately. The role may involve prolonged travel within the service area, rotating shifts, nights, or weekends.
