What you'll do

• Use mobility, balance, and strengthening exercises.
• Incorporate exercises into therapeutic activities.
• Use adaptive equipment and fall prevention techniques.
• Assist with turning, positioning, and range of motion exercises.
• Implement special programs for daily living activities.
• Document resident progress and behaviors.
• Report changes in resident condition.
• Use EMR accurately.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control policies.
