What you'll do

• Develop and manage telehealth implementation campaigns
• create deployment outreach plans and campaign toolkits
• coordinate virtual forums, webinars, and training
• prepare demonstrations, presentations, and training assets
• provide live production and logistical support
• coordinate outreach events
• track and report adoption, retention, help desk, and attendance metrics
• support VA trainers, superusers, and champions with adoption materials.
