Service Desk Associate, Customer Service and Technical Support

The Service Desk Associate role is onsite in Sauk Centre, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and two Saturdays per month from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Compensation is $23–$27 per hour. Winters Recreation’s service desk supports customers with service and product needs. The associate serves as a primary contact for calls and walk-in customers, coordinating appointments and technician schedules while assisting with warranty claims and basic troubleshooting. Accurate documentation and coordination with service, parts, and sales teams help provide customers with clear updates and a smooth service experience.

What you'll do
