The Heat Treating Operator — Weekend Shift role is onsite in Ipswich, MA, paying $23–$28 per hour. The operator supports heat-treatment production under the Production Manager to meet customer specifications and protect customer inventory. The role prepares work for processing and operates and monitors heat-treating equipment according to procedures. It contributes to safe, accurate processing by following shop documentation, reporting irregularities, and maintaining good housekeeping.

What you'll do

• Assist with operating, controlling, and monitoring heat-treating equipment
• prepare work and load or unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets
• report unusual problems
• promote safety and housekeeping
• protect customer inventory from loss or damage.
