What you'll do

• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term mission and talent management
• develop compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and incentive programs with the Compensation & Benefits Manager
• guide the HR team
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
• track HR and talent-management performance indicators
• develop leadership training
• plan personal development and networking events
• provide HR updates at MOTS meetings
• develop open-enrollment communications
• prepare staffing and HR budgets
• maintain company insurance.
