The Founding Clinic Manager – Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Base salary is $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus a 10% performance-based bonus program. The manager will launch Steadfast Health’s new outpatient SUD treatment center using the company’s existing operational playbook and clinical standards. The manager leads clinic operations, financial performance, staffing, and team development while supporting compassionate, evidence-based, low-barrier, harm-reduction care. The role connects operational practices with clinical leadership and community partners to support quality care and sustainable clinic growth.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinic operations, compliance, staffing, and care delivery
• manage clinic P&L, budgets, revenue, expenses, and operational metrics
• recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop staff
• support patient-first, evidence-based, harm-reduction care
• partner with clinical leadership, community organizations, health providers, advocacy groups, and hospital partners
• collaborate with other clinic managers and organizational leaders.
