What you'll do

• Set up and tear down events, clean equipment and site areas, and help ensure quality setup
• learn Fooda technology and operating procedures
• resolve order, delivery, arrival, and communication issues
• troubleshoot point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• conduct promotions and mobile-app coaching
• provide onsite customer service
• audit restaurant event setups
• escalate issues to the Operations Manager.
