What you'll do

• Use demographic data to target provider recruitment for network adequacy
• conduct recruiting in expansion regions
• assess provider capabilities, workflows, and staffing against access and quality standards
• develop outreach strategies
• contact prospective providers by phone, email, and in-person meetings
• document outreach and manage provider data in a CRM
• guide providers through joining the network
• participate in process improvement and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
