What you'll do

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations, merchandising, workflows, sanitation, and customer experience
• collaborate on systems for cash management, food safety, inventory, and employee performance
• train, coach, motivate, and retain team members
• partner with the Manager on scheduling and staffing
• support health and safety compliance
• contribute to marketing campaigns
• maintain security measures and point-of-sale systems
• and prepare performance reports.
