Store Manager — Foothill Ranch

The Store Manager is a full-time, onsite role at The Salvation Army’s Foothill Ranch store in Lake Forest, CA, paying $24 per hour. The store supports the Adult Rehabilitation Program, a no-fee program assisting men and women in their rehabilitation journey. What you'll do

• Manage store sales and income budgets and expense controls
• direct daily operations, opening and closing, point-of-sale, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate employees
• maintain payroll records
• support customer and donor satisfaction
• oversee back-room processing and product placement
• supervise program beneficiaries when work therapy assignments are in place
• protect cash, inventory, and property
• maintain building security and safety procedures.
