What you'll do

• Follow production schedules and customer orders
• pack fish and shellfish with proper icing and temperature control
• inspect, sort, and grade seafood
• assemble and stage orders for shipping
• sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work area
• weigh, label, and tag products
• record items received or distributed
• support inventory records and arrange products for processing.
