Technical Account Manager (TAM)

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical escalation point
• guide solution architecture, data connectivity, ingestion, and implementation
• lead technical deep-dives and knowledge transfer
• monitor and optimize customer environments
• maintain technical documentation
• support customer and partner implementations
• guide adoption of AI-native tools and AI agents from proof of concept through production.
