The Roadside Assistance Vehicle Operator role is onsite in Austin, TX, with two listed Wednesday–Sunday shifts: 6:00/6:30 AM–2:00/2:30 PM or 2:30–10:30 PM. Pay is $18 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist customers with flat tires, jumpstarts, minor repairs, and refueling
• help stranded motorists
• facilitate traffic flow and divert traffic to alternate routes during major incidents
• maintain alternate-route knowledge and provide directions
• remove stalled vehicles and roadway debris
• coordinate debris removal and emergency routes with DOT personnel
• coordinate toll-plaza traffic during lane equipment maintenance
• coordinate with local law enforcement
• perform plaza and ramp checks
• maintain the vehicle and complete required reports.
