The Bilingual Behavior Technician — Part-Time role provides in-home services in Garner, NC, with after-school sessions between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. The stated hourly range is $19–$26, based on experience, education, and certifications. The role contributes to children’s communication, social interaction, self-care, and other skills while working with families and the treatment team; English and Spanish fluency are required.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
• observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
• manage challenging behaviors
• apply behavioral principles
• assist with academic and life skills
• communicate with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients
• complete paperwork and data collection
• participate in training
• and maintain client confidentiality.
