What you'll do

• Prepare, package, and label products for sale
• follow portion-control practices
• count and verify merchandise against invoices and inspect deliveries
• monitor product dates and rotation
• prepare production items for refrigerated cases and meet daily production planner expectations
• maintain inventory levels
• keep coolers, freezers, and preparation areas clean and organized
• assist with catering and hot-line preparation
• answer customer questions and resolve complaints
• operate and maintain equipment safely
• follow health, sanitation, and safety requirements.
