What you'll do

• Greet prospective members and provide a positive customer experience
• handle front-desk tasks, information calls, member check-ins, new-member sign-ups, tours, and account changes
• address member service questions and refer issues to the Club Manager or Assistant Manager as needed
• help maintain club neatness and cleanliness
• complete at least one hour of deep cleaning and one hour of continued training during the shift.
