What you'll do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
• develop relationships with property and facility managers, HOAs, and commercial property owners
• conduct site visits
• prepare and present proposals
• close annual maintenance agreements
• manage pipeline activity in Aspire CRM
• coordinate account handoffs with Account Managers and Operations
• target 8–12 qualified opportunities per month and annual new maintenance revenue goals.
