What you'll do

• Partner with plant leadership and operations on financial insight
• own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly reporting
• oversee the standard costing system and ERP platform
• analyze cost variances and work with operations on corrective action
• oversee physical inventory counts
• support financial and internal audits
• strengthen internal controls and procedures
• support NetSuite implementation and ERP transformation
• track capital expenditures and project accounting
• present financial results and KPIs
• lead and mentor a small accounting team.
