Key Control / Master Control Operator — Youth Behavioral Health

What you'll do

• Monitor and control facility access
• answer and place calls
• monitor visitor, staff, and youth entry and exit
• document visitation, off-site trips, appointments, and facility movement
• authorize and document youth movement
• monitor video surveillance
• complete perimeter checks at shift start and end
• communicate emergencies and security concerns
• notify supervisors about received documents
• maintain staff entry and exit logs
• monitor perimeter, fire, security, and other alarms
• report unusual incidents and participate in required training.
