What you'll do

• Perform service reconnects, disconnects, and changes
• troubleshoot fiber optic systems using 1310, 1490, and 1550 nm wavelengths
• administer router, access point, bridge, and Wi-Fi processes
• troubleshoot IP and LAN
• install CAT5/CAT6 drop wire and connectors
• configure customer PCs
• test and tone drop wires
• participate in an on-call rotation.
