Production Technician – Industrial Metal Components

Job overview

The Production Technician role is onsite at an industrial metal component facility in Mascot, TN; compensation is $19–$23 per hour, depending on role and shift. Laborup is hiring for production support openings across the facility’s material handling, assembly, breakdown, cleaning and finishing, quality control, and inspection work.

What you'll do

• Disassemble industrial components using presses and hand tools
• wash and shot-blast parts
• inspect surfaces for wear, damage, cracks, and reusable components
• measure parts with gauges and precision tools
• sort reusable and scrap parts
• operate industrial washers and blast cabinets
• move and stage components
• and perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

Why this role

Full-time direct-hire openings are available on first and second shifts, Monday–Friday, with regular overtime available. First shift is 5 a.m.–1:30 p.m.; second shift is 2:30 p.m.–11 p.m. Cross-training is available across production and inspection departments.
