What you'll do

• Schedule estimator site inspections, update claim notes and control points, arrange contract signing, track project payments, manage accounts receivable and collection calls, update job management reports, attend daily and weekly meetings, verify hourly employee timesheets, collect and upload fuel receipts, and collect departing employees’ assets and return equipment.
• The role may involve 40 or more hours per week and may include on-call phone rotation during catastrophic events.
