What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and transfers
• prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders
• transport or accompany clients to errands and appointments
• provide companionship and meaningful activities
• communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• document and report changes in client condition or needs.
