What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations and growth of the Structural engineering department
• develop hiring plans and drive revenue growth
• prepare the department’s annual operating plan and long-range plans
• manage budgets and resources
• develop proposals
• lead structural design work for foundations, buildings, infrastructure, assessments, and load analysis
• oversee construction administration
• coordinate with vendors and manufacturers
• review calculations and supervise quality of drawings and reports
• improve workflows and practices.
