Safety Administrator

What you'll do

• Maintain employee information in DISA and other compliance systems
• coordinate drug and alcohol testing, background screening, and random testing
• resolve eligibility issues and site-access restrictions
• maintain safety training, certification, license, medical clearance, fit-testing, and expiration records
• coordinate orientations, training, badging, and access requirements
• track renewals
• support onboarding and audits
• maintain employee files and confidentiality
• update client portals and contractor-management systems
• coordinate with project teams, clients, clinics, and vendors.
