What you'll do

• Lead assigned design-build projects from pursuit and preconstruction through construction turnover
• coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on design reviews, constructability, estimates, budgets, and value engineering
• manage client relationships and contract execution
• provide monthly project, financial, and pipeline reporting
• implement process improvements.
