Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• design, implement, and monitor ABA behavior-intervention programs
• analyze client data and recommend treatment adjustments
• supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct-care staff as assigned
• collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals
• conduct caregiver training
• maintain compliant clinical documentation
• participate in case reviews and consultations
• follow professional ethics, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.
