• establish program processes, standards, and governance
• manage risks, resource constraints, and stakeholder expectations
• provide executive reporting
• oversee project planning, estimates, schedules, permitting, procurement, outage coordination, and construction readiness
• monitor financial performance
• and ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and asset management objectives.
