The CNC Setup Machinist, First Shift role is onsite in Green Bay, WI, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Griffin Industries’ machining and manufacturing work in a climate-controlled shop.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate vertical and/or horizontal machining equipment
• use parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine fabrication methods and sequences
• coordinate with programmers to verify programs and output
• design fixtures, tooling, or experimental parts
• make tool changes and offsets and resolve problems
• deburr and clean parts
• measure and record dimensions and tolerances
• exchange technical information with quality, engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel.
