What you'll do

• Facilitate substance abuse and recovery-focused outpatient group sessions
• encourage participation in a respectful, nonjudgmental environment
• document attendance, participation, treatment goals, and behavioral observations
• identify clients in crisis and respond under organizational protocols
• educate clients about substance use disorders, recovery resources, and community support
• maintain HIPAA and confidentiality compliance
• participate in meetings, training, supervision, and program development
• support recovery goals and accountability strategies.

Why this role
