What you'll do

• Lead large-scale MEP, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects
• oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and profitability
• lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and project teams
• coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• oversee planning, procurement, staffing, and execution
• review scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and financial performance
• address project risks, design issues, schedule concerns, and cost impacts
• maintain client relationships
• and ensure safe, timely, on-budget delivery to quality expectations.
