ABA Social Group Lead

Job overview

The ABA Social Group Lead role is onsite in Chantilly, VA, and pays $24–$28 per hour for role-related work; administrative tasks are paid at the local minimum wage. What you'll do

• Facilitate social groups using daily agendas and focused social-skills goals
• direct RBTs working with clients according to agendas and expectations
• coordinate setup and teardown
• respond to participant and caregiver questions as needed
• manage potential staff conflict
• float across clients and cover breaks
• work one-to-one with a client when needed based on group size and Site Director direction
• prepare weekly agendas, respond to group emails, revise resources as requested, submit material requests, communicate clinical or staff concerns, and attend quarterly check-ins.
