What you'll do

• Provide customer service during patient visits
• answer and direct incoming calls
• enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record
• collect and post payments and balance collections daily
• schedule appointments
• maintain an orderly work area and patient flow
• assist providers with procedures and examinations within certification or training guidelines
• translate between patients and care staff as requested and as skills allow
• follow applicable regulatory requirements.
