What you'll do

• Set up, stock, and organize workstations
• prepare menu items and maintain plate presentation
• clean and sanitize the line station and equipment
• maintain food storage temperatures and rotation using FIFO
• follow food-handling and kitchen sanitation practices
• use production sheets and line-department tools
• comply with health and safety regulations.
