What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeters
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and concerns
• notify emergency responders or management as required
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs documenting patrols and incidents.
