Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in Summit, NJ, with part-time hours three days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; weekend availability is listed. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. Kindly Direct Care supports adults with developmental disabilities statewide. The role helps people with physical and/or cognitive disabilities build skills, participate in community life, and maintain positive relationships. The DSP also provides supervision according to each person’s service plan and supports individuals in pursuing the lives they choose.
