What you'll do

• Coordinate patient flow, room assignments, staffing coverage, and opening and closing
• provide nursing assessments, triage, education, treatments, and follow-up within RN scope and protocols
• perform or assist with approved procedures when trained and authorized
• support staff onboarding, training, coaching, and supervision
• monitor clinical procedures, documentation, privacy, and safety
• respond to patient concerns
• oversee office readiness and inventory
• and monitor daily administrative processes. Requires an active Florida RN license and current BLS certification. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays as needed.
