What you'll do

• Perform daily HVAC and building automation maintenance
• conduct preventive and unscheduled maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair systems and devices
• install and connect refrigeration and HVAC components and controls
• test systems and connections
• replace defective controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and wiring
• perform other related duties as assigned.
